About Rwanda Climate Change

The Rwanda Climate Change Forum is an online and interactive space for professionals, practitioners, researchers, and public servants involved in climate change-related activities in Rwanda.

The forum is a place to share and discuss insights on climate change, activities, events, and publications. It facilitates discussions, sharing of information, and opportunities to boost new initiatives and projects to advance green growth. The forum will enable users to enhance collaboration and exchange learning to address similar challenges and identify new connections or partnerships.

The forum is part of the Rwanda Climate Change Portal, which informs the public, partners, students and researchers about how the country is affected by and responding to climate change. The portal shares information about Rwanda’s laws, policies and strategies that are fostering climate action and green investment as well as data on the country’s greenhouse gas emissions and how Rwanda is working to become a developed, carbon-neutral and climate resilience nation by 2050.

The portal and forum have been established by the Rwanda Environment Management Authority with support from the Green Climate Fund and Global Green Growth Institute.
